researchOnce you have visited a variety of properties and decided which properties you feel you would like to make an offer on, I will provide details about the property that will help you to make knowledgeable decisions about an offer.

I will provide as much up-to-date information about the property as possible, including:

  1. Recent sales in the neighborhood
  2. Home Owners Association contacts and documents
  3. Rental history of the property
  4. Contact information for property inspectors
  5. History of the property on the market such as days on market, any offers that weren’t accepted
  6. My personal knowledge of the property, the neighborhood, the HOA and more.
