When everyone agrees on something, beware. It’s usually wrong.
Right now, everyone agrees that our market and the US economy will be smaller and hold less opportunity from now on out.
But right now some are starting to take advantage of that perception.
Right now, investors with cash are buying depressed properties, building apartment buildings and planning for the advent of the new “nation of renters”.
They know that someone has to own all this stuff... who’s it gonna be?
Well, it’s gonna be me, for one.
